The 15th Men’s World Floorball Championships will be played in Malmö, Sweden from 7th – 15th December 2024. This will be the fourth time that Sweden has hosted this event and the second time in Malmö. In 2006, Malmö played host to some of the group matches, but in 2024 it will be the centre of the Floorball world attention with all 48 matches played in two venues – Malmö Arena & Baltiska Hallen.
In total, 32 teams registered for the tournament – 22 from Europe, 8 from Asia Oceania, and 2 from the Americas.
Sweden, as the host country, is the only team that receives direct qualification. All other teams will participate in regional qualifications, and from these events, 15 teams will qualify – 11 from Europe, 3 from Asia Oceania, and 1 from the Americas.
